Abstract timeline

[Update: The deadline for submitting the abstract is extended to 29 October]

The abstract submission will open on September 1st. The deadline for submitting the abstract is 15 October 2025. All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process conducted by the organizing and scientific committees.

Notifications of the review outcome will be sent at the end of November.

Abstract Guidelines

Please use the following LaTeX template to prepare your abstract: LaTeX Template.

  • The maximum length of the abstract is 1 page including figures and references
  • Including a figure in the one page abstract is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended.
  • Due to limited space, submission are limited to one per presenter to ensure the widest variety in works presented.

How to submit

  • Create an account (see top-right login corner).
  • Once logged in, submit the abstract using the "My submissions" link in the menu on the left.
  • During the submission, make sure to add email addresses and affiliations for all your co-authors.
